Refund policy

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

  • Merchandise other than "Sale" or "Clearance" items returned to Josephee Boutique within 14 days of your delivery date will be valid for exchange or store credit ONLY, no monetary refunds. Credits are generally issued within 14 days of the return of merchandise. No exceptions. 
  • All "Sale" and "Clearance" items purchased online are final sales and non-refundable. This includes merchandise found in the "Sale" Section of the site, or products purchased at a discounted price.
  • Certain online purchase conditions apply: Returned merchandise must be in "new" condition, unworn, unsoiled with all tags and protective shields in place.

Merchandise which has been worn, soiled, mishandled, abused and missing tags will be returned to the purchaser.  No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee for the return shipment.  The purchaser will forfeit any and all claims.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and are FINAL SALE.


Exchange Policy: 

  • Merchandise received for exchange must be in "new" condition (see all conditions outlined above).
  • It must be returned with 14 days of the delivery date by mail to be given full credit toward the exchange purchase.
  • Any merchandise returned after 14 days from the delivery date is non-refundable. Merchandise will be returned to the purchaser. A $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged to the purchaser account.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

    Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to return all exchange merchandise to us. Please ship your package prepaid. We will not accept COD shipments.  Josephee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For your safety, we recommend you insure your return package.

CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the credit will be issued "On Account" via our POS system, or credit will be loaded onto an Josephee Gift Card and sent to the applicable party.
